We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overall clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staffing, and ensuring exceptional dementia-focused care. This role works closely with the Executive Director and Regional Clinical leadership to maintain excellence in care and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 24-hour clinical coverage and appropriate staffing
- Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and level-of-care reviews
- Maintain compliance with Kentucky Assisted Living and Dementia Care regulations
- Lead hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of nursing staff
- Conduct family care conferences and communicate changes in condition
- Oversee clinical supplies and operate within approved budget
- Participate in surveys and ensure regulatory readiness
- Provide 24/7 on-call clinical support
Qualifications
- RN or LPN in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Nursing
- Experience in geriatrics, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
