We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Resident Care Assistants/CNA's who have a passion for serving seniors and making a positive difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activies of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care while promoting each residents dignity and independence.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and snacks.
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to the nurse or supervisor.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
- Encourage social interaction and meaningful engagement with residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Follow infection control procedures and Barton House policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional.
- Experience in assisted living, personal care, long term care, or memory care if preferred.
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
